This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you purchase from our store.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
TinySteel products may include metal model kits, precision-cut metal parts, collectible miniatures, mechanical models and small components. Processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability, supplier handling time, order volume and seasonal demand.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, seasonal campaigns or supplier holidays, processing times may be longer than usual.
If we expect a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Destinations
TinySteel ships to Europe and selected international destinations.
We aim to make our products available worldwide where shipping is supported by our supplier and logistics partners.
If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are not currently able to ship to your location.
3. Shipping Origin and Fulfillment
TinySteel works with selected suppliers, fulfillment partners and logistics providers, including suppliers available through Syncee.
Some products may be shipped directly from our supplier or from an international fulfillment location.
Because products may be shipped internationally, delivery times can vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local carriers, supplier processing time and seasonal demand.
4. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, product availability and the shipping method available at checkout.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, local holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If additional shipping options are available at checkout, the estimated delivery time and cost will be shown before payment.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Depending on the destination, product, promotion or store configuration, we may offer:
- Paid shipping calculated at checkout
- Promotional free shipping
- Free shipping above a certain order value
- Standard shipping included in the product price
Any available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective product, an incorrect item being delivered, or another situation covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Tracking updates may be limited during international transit, handover between carriers or customs clearance.

7. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped internationally, your order may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by your country.
These charges are not controlled by TinySteel.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes or local charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, applicable taxes may be included or calculated at checkout depending on the order value, product type, shipping route and store configuration.
We recommend checking your local customs rules before placing an international order.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
TinySteel is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Metal Model Kits and Small Parts
TinySteel products may include metal model kits, small parts, thin metal components, precision-cut sheets, tools or accessories.
Please inspect the package carefully when it arrives and keep all packaging, instructions and components until you have checked the item.
TinySteel products are not toys and may not be suitable for children. Some products may include small parts or sharp edges and should be handled with care.
10. Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
TinySteel products are selected and packaged with care. However, because some items contain small metal parts, delicate components or detailed model pieces, damage or missing components may occasionally occur during shipping or handling.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Where possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue quickly.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective or incorrect item
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- Clear photos of the inner packaging
- Photos showing any missing, broken or damaged parts
- A brief description of the issue
Please do not discard the item, packaging, instructions or components until we have reviewed your claim.
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, replacement part, store credit or another appropriate solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period of time, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us.
We will review the situation with the supplier, fulfillment partner or shipping provider.
If an order is confirmed as lost, we may offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement shipment, refund, partial refund, store credit or another solution depending on the case.
Please note that international shipping delays can occur due to customs clearance, local carrier processing, supplier delays, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address or does not collect the package from a pickup point within the carrier’s deadline, the package may be returned, delayed, held or discarded depending on the carrier’s policy.
Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or unclaimed shipment, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Refunds for unclaimed, refused or incorrectly addressed packages may be reduced by shipping, handling, return or restocking costs, where permitted by applicable law.
13. Orders Needed for a Specific Date
If you are ordering a TinySteel product as a gift for a birthday, holiday, special occasion or event, we recommend placing your order in advance.
Although our current estimated supplier shipping time is 8–14 business days after dispatch, and typical total estimated delivery time is 9–19 business days, TinySteel cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless this is expressly confirmed in writing before purchase.
14. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability, fulfillment location, product type or logistics route.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
